My congratulations to Gob-ler on his 100th FTF, (even if a lot of them were taken away from me). It takes real dedication (is that the right word) to reach that milestone. Now that he's reached 100 he'll probrably slow down and let me catch up....NOT.
Congrats Buddy. John

Way to go Dick, but remember all those other great caches you passed by on the way to get that FTF. .

Also, so as to keep in the subject of this thread, I have no problem just offering a simple congratulations to someone who reaches a milestone. If your comments are intended to be funny let me know, I'll laugh along with you. If not, then whats the point your trying to make?

Did I miss something? I saw NOTHING derogatory, deprecating, nor pejorative in any of the preceeding comments.

So I have to ask... What's your problem?

Sorry man! If anything I said offended you --in this or other threads-- or leads you to believe that I'm picking on you then I haven't articulated myself well. I did congratulate you on your 100 FTF's. I think its wonderful you cached in other States and your contribution of 25 hidden caches is awesome. I respect your opinion, don't you respect mine? Even if you come from Millinocket(I thought that was a southern province of Quebec)LOL.

Just remember; we are out to get youuuuu!!!! LOL -- All of us. So, see it is about the numbers! LOL

Have fun and enjoy the limelight once in awhile!! This is afterall a game and we all take something different from it.

Sorry again if you think I am trying to put you or your ideas down.

and the other comment was about how many someone else had done from who knows where.

By the way, it is not a problem. It's an observation.

Actually Steve I was only born in the hospital in Millinocket. I lived in Norcross on the North Twin Lake. Today you would call it a camp.

As for being out to get me and the numbers, no problem. I can handle that with ease.

As for the ideas, I think you know me well enough to know that there is no way a list could be drawn up that would make everyone happy. Was not suggesting that at all. Just something that would guide folks that wanted to know in the right direction.

As for my post above, it was not directed at anyone in particular except maybe that Haffy feller. ;) Besides, he owes me a hot dog for those tips I gave him in finding Park Street and Railroad Park.

Watch for my next cache. I can't be FTF on that one.

Ammo Can in Plain sight! It has a special cloaking device installed that makes it almost invisable. Coming soon to a web sight we all visit often.

My Apologies to both Steve (TRF) and Haffy

I have reread the messages and see where I may have over-reacted.

Also my apologies to the forum.

Gob-ler, No hard feelings. I hope you know nothing I said was a personal attack on you! I'm sorry if you felt it was because it truly was stated in the spirit of the hunt.

Happy Caching!!!!

Because it's usually sung around a campfire late at night after many frosty beverages have been consumed . . . or because it's part of your younger years at camp that you have repressed due to that unfortunate incident with the older campers? :)
