Holy smokes! It seems like just yesterday that I sent you that e-mail about your "by-line" in you GC profile.........

"Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy ****, what a ride!"

Clearly you are incorporating caching into that journey and having a great time along the way! Congratulations on your many caches. I hope you have many more!!

It's been fun meeting some great people and doing some memorable caches. I remember when I did my first cache there were 4 or 5 caches within 6 miles and now there are over 40...it sure is growing!! And some don't exist anymore. Many of you have voiced why you enjoy caching and we share the same thoughts. I remember my first cache...I don't remember my first FTF...I remember some of the milestones but not all. But I remember moments...like when my wife was mad after I disappeared down over a cliff and she didn't hear from me for over an hour....standing with my wife and son at 12,000ft in Colorado while doing a cache, kayaking on Moxie Pd to do a cache, hiking a mountain the weekend my wife was diagnosed with cancer on a beautiful fall day. The milestones aren't all numbers. Thanks again.:)

The milestones aren't all numbers. Thanks again.:)

I think you hit the nail DIRECTLY on the head. It isn't solely about the numbers, but the more caches you've discovered, the better the chances that you've had some REALLY great experiences finding some of them.

:D :D :D

Your memories all seem really nice... (after all Charron was worried because she loves you), whereas mine seem to be about threatening to kill John with a flashlight in Brown's Wood.
Congrats on 900 and keep those wonderful memories!

We have only had the chance to do a couple of caches together, but I remember them. Here's to the next 100 and the really BIG number.

We've been busy, we bought a house and haven't logged in for a month and are sorry we missed this milestone. Congratulations! I'll never forget the day we spent looking for hockey pucks. I long for those great Maine caches.
