I only see just 2 photos of signature items in here, one is mine and the other is Hiker Twins. Now come on there must be more photos of your signature items to post, so come on and submit them. It's nice to see photos of your own personal signature item. That way when we come upon one we can be sure it is a true signature item and worth keeping.

In the past, I have been placing a set of two beach treasure thumbtacks as my signature item. I have recently changed to a beach treasure magnet. It is larger and decorated. Enjoy!

Our signature item should be showing up as we hit more caches. We'll have them at the Cache Bashe this coming weekend. It's called a "Maine Geocacher Permit", and I (at least) think it's cute! :D

The Michigan Geocaching site is listed in the links, but I wanted to highlight this part, which shows pictures of signature items submitted by members. Some of these are REALLY nice.

Submit your own, if you'd like. Haffy6 and I have - they should show up in a new Maine listing after the first of the year.

Yours is probably waiting to be posted, too, Cameoooooo. I only mentioned Haffy & Myself because those were the two the site owner mentioned to me.

I'd love to find one of these signature (http://cacheglass.zaphs.com/) items (http://cacheglass.zaphs.com/) in a cache, or maybe win it at an event sometime this summer. :DHint, Hint, there's one listed on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=2020&item=5168732654&rd=1)!

There's a good stained glass shop in Solon - The Stained Glass Wizard - on US Route 201.

If you're caching in the area, it's worth a visit. I've forwarded the link for this item to him.

I read the Geocaching.com forums all the time and I remember this past summer when the Wilkens first put their stained glass emblem in their cache as a FTF prize. Seems like they went over pretty well from the responses that they got on the forum. Not a bad price either.

Thanks for the kind words. I saw this thread listed as a referer to our cache glass web page. I was curious and came in to take a look.

We make all the glass by hand and therefore tend to make it on an as needed basis, we are also looking to see if anyone would be interested in larger "event pieces" that would have the event name and whatever else the organiser wanted engraved into it.

Anyway, thanks for noticing us!

I bet there are a lot of people around here that would enjoy such an item!

I hope so!
We made the first one up for the Hammonasset Beach Event last September, I think this is what the final product will end up looking like.

I think people will like the added "customization" of the thing. I'll have the option up on our webpage as soon as we figure out how much writing I can fit on it and what to charge :)

I want to again bring your attention to this site:

http://mi-geocaching.org/sigitemdb/

Four of us from geocaching Maine have posted our signature items. And there are MANY examples of signature itwms from across the country. Great ideas here...
