I just got a new Dell laptop, and am trying to sync my Tungsten E2 via bluetooth.

The PC found the PDA, but I can't get the PDA to recognize the laptop.

Any suggestions?

Make sure you're bluetooth device on the laptop is active (if it's inactive it will still be able to search, but it won't be able to be used) for my bluetooth I have an icon in the bottom right one the launcher bar, right click that and it should give an option. Also make sure in your preferences that your bluetooth on your laptop is set to be found by other devices.
