Any update on the Francis Family Addition yet? Wasn't Becka due last week or earlier this week or something like that?

I think they are at the dr. appt right now. He is going to determine which way to go....I will let everyone know when I hear more. Woo hoo, a new cacher very soon!

Due date was the 4th. The are hoping Mother Nature will bring her. Another appointment next Wednesday and if she doesn't present on her own it looks like the Doctor will assist with some intervention on Friday.

I have so much fun with my geocaching friends. I think it would be fun to up the anti here - and if you have already guessed you can do so again. Nothing seems to be getting her here any sooner than she pleases... we've tried probably 90 % of the suggestions people have offered to no avail. She seems to be very stubborn.... not sure where that trait came from, most likely her dad.

Nikki - thanks for all the cute graphics. I have adjusted your guess into my spread sheet. I can relate to what I call the "mushroom syndrome" - always being somewhat in the dark...LOL

I sure would love it to be tonight as the Grand-mother. Becca and I even went caching today. But, I also know Amara will come when she is ready or when the doctor is darn sure she is.

Agree with you the name which has been chosen is beautiful - I love it. So we all wait and pray for a safe arrival.

Foxgloves and everyone, thanks so much for the good wishes! I could be somewhat hopefully that she would arrive any time soon but I'm sensing complete stubborness on her part and the 13th will probably be the day only because I want her here, prior to that day, so darn bad. As mom said we managed to have one cache find today after a nice little hike, we're trying to encourage her here as soon as possible! Again thanks for everyones good wishes and thoughts.

I'm not guessing! I went over a month overdue with my first one. The due date was originally August 15th and she was born on September 28th. No one ever figured out for sure what happened. Here's the kicker... she was induced! The kid was comfy, that's for sure!

We now have 16 folks competing for geocoin. Actually 16 on weight and 15 on date and time and some have already lost that contest.

I am going to leave this open for contestants until 8 AM tomorrow. Bec has an appointment in the morning and that my drastically change the venue - therefore - if you want to be in the "pool" for the competition - highly contested for the award of a geocoin - get you guess in before tomorrow morning.

I know I can say for her, your support from her first day of meeting you all, to meeting her hubby "Charlie" last summer and then your most recent support during her pregnancy is something she will never forget and which is treasured.

(Again, I will need your address to send you your coin unless you want/trust Brad to bring it to the Event.)

It was that darn Star Trek transporter accident . . . I told Hiram I didn't think his transporter that he built from the left-over Jeep parts, old Guiness bottles and that 12-volt battery would work, but he insisted it would work and would revolutionize the way we geocache and make it much easier to get those 5/5 caches by instantly transporting us to the top of the mountain top . . . I should have known though . . . darn molecules scrambled up and now Hiram has turned into me. ;) :D
