Thought I'd post this in case anyone is into parades with lots and lots of fire trucks (new and old) . . . or in case anyone was thinking about caching in the Winslow/Waterville area (since it should be quite busy on Saturday morning.)

I also hear that Tom (from TOS) was going to be on the Budweiser cart passing out beer... (not sure how that could be legal, so I think it's just rumor... why couldn't they have guiness horses??)

but i agree with cameo, I want my own fire truck... with 4wd... :D

The Hose 5 Fire Museum has one similar to this . . . thought you'd like this one best of all. If you're ever in the area sometime and want to stop off to check this out on your "break" give me a call and if I'm available I'll open the museum for you.

I think it's Corinth FD that has a Hummer similar to this one . . . however it's been awhile since I've seen it and my memory might be a bit vague.

(even though i don't like hummers that one stuck in the mud pit does look pretty cool)

Well . . . my job has to do with fire protection and prevention and firetrucks have to deal with fire protection . . . so I guess I could say I'm just doing my job here. :D

Part of this even involves a concert, one that is seemingly supposed to imitate music... a very loud imitation... just a couple blocks away... oh how i love waterville... I think i'll try for the RFD cache before it gets to dark, that should keep me away for a while... (oh, and did i mention the traffic?????)

Is that truck finally for sale? They bought it on Ebay shortly after they bought the building with the intention of using it to maintain the upper part of the building. I think Mainiac1957 even used that for a photo to log and old cache (you used to find the object and post a photo, etc). It hasn't moved for a while.

Guess you forgot - I have not always worked as a Nurse - for many years I did Private Investigation:eek: Nothing wrong with knowing the players and who you travel with.:) LOL

Actually I was trying to learn about Locationless caches which I had been told about. As I looked at folks caches found I noticed you had done won and went to learn more.........:D

We used to enjoy doing those. Too bad they stopped them. Needed more server space to host all those LPC's, I guess!
