Subject: Trillian AIM Client Vulnerability

I shoot this as a FYI, since I know a few of you have utilized the Trillian IM client in the past. There has been a series of remote execution code vulnerabilities announced for Trillian. If you utilize Trillian I'd recommend you update your client software at your earliest opportunity.

I have been using Trillian3 3.1 Pro for over a year now and I just checked for updates and there were none. This could just be for the free version of Trillian.

Trillian is an instant messenger program that also works with some chat programs like the one we use here. If you do not know the program you may not be useing it.

Trillian is a cool program. It supports almost every chat program. This way you only have to have one open instead of four or five. You can run MSN, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, IRC's, ect.
