Tink and I just posted our event for those that are interested.

We need some help with this event. We have a lot of ideas and things that we would like to implement into the event this year but we need helping in doing some of these things. If you are interested in helping please contact us and we will fill you in on what we are looking for and need help with.

We will be using this thread to announce any updates or changes to the event. We will be referring users to this post from the Geocaching.com on our event page listing to come here and check for updates.

Were working on creating a couple of night caches or a group night cache for those that wish to stay into the night or camp overnight with the rest of us.

We have set up a group night cache. If you want to do the night cache then you will have to be at the event near the fire pit at 10 pm. The night cache will not take place any earlier then 10 pm.

One more thing we are adding is a kids cache. Still working out the details but there will be one.

We tried to get a pig to roast again at the last minute but had problems getting a cooker.

To offset not having a pig to roast this year we are going to deep fry three turkeys in a fryer and also deep fry some hot wings.

Some more good news. We will have a workshop on camouflaging ammo cans (http://www.geocachingmaine.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1637) at this event. Brdad will host the workshop. Bring your ammo can and go through it step by step as Brdad walks you through it.
