Since we were asked several times when the BBQ was going to be, I thought I would ask you all.... :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

When can you NOT come? (meaning, you are on vacation out of state or planning a wedding, or going to one of the fairs) I'll keep track of the dates and see what everyone CAN do... and what works the best for us (as we have plans too) :p

Once I have a date I will let you all know so you can save the day, then think very dry thoughts for that day.. :) :D

Here are the dates that I can not make so far.

Sep 3-4, 10-11

I work every 3rd weekend! So on May 14 and 15th I have to work and then two off and then on again June 4 & 5th so on and so on.... I came to last years BBQ and I really hope to make it to this years event if it is on a weekend that I am off.

I will keep my fingers crossed that the weekend you choose will work for me. I have too many tentative plans to list and certainly wouldn't expect you to plan around that. Heck - I can't even plan around half of them!! LOL The only weekend I know is definitely out is August 13-14.

well there is a good chance i will not be available July 22 to the 29 , and of coarse i will be gone on memorial weekend. , any thoughts on a Sunday?

I always need a day to re-cooperate from events... and I don't mean just you guys... I mean, if I went visiting relatives etc.

I think you should tally up some dates so we can see what ones look best so far. I can't figure it out by going through all the posts! I think Lee has a few things going on in early/mid June, but she hasn't been given any definite dates yet.

Almost any week end except 18Jun and 16Jul

We're out of state May 20-25 and out of country June 29-July 13. There's quite a lot of days in that last one so don't plan around us ;)

Memorial Weekend is the only one we're not around for....July 4th week we've usually got company, but they're geocachers too, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Only the 4th of June and the week of July 4th we'll be away. Any other time is good.

So far the only dates that won't work are 27, 28, and 29 of May.
