Does anyone else get access denied message when trying to connect with chat ? I have logged on to the site. Any ideas?

Usually you might get a popup asking to ok to run the app. Either you missed the popup or you have changed something in your software (upgraded Internet Explorer or Windows), or made other security adjustments. Unfortunately, some times it hard to trace these issues down. But you have logged into chat before, so something has changed.
