What is your favorite game to take camping, or just to play at your house? Has anyone played the no brainer left right center dice game? Just a small tube of dice, very easy to pack,$5.00, and a whole lot of fun with a crowd. Play with quarters if you are a gambling type, or provide a grand prize at the end. If its a party atmosphere, it can be a good time.

Don't know the left right center game, but Yatzee is a favorite. I also try to bring a cribbage board and cards. With just 5 dice, a pack of cards and a cribbage board, there are lots of games.

Of course, around the fire, nothing beats "The good green door". :)

You cannot elaborate on how to play the Good Green Door. If you did then that would be telling how to play it. One of the whole ideas behind the game when you first play it is to figure out what it is all about.

Waterski, I promise to suggest starting the good green door next time we're at a campfire.

Notice I said promise, not threat! :)

Cribbage is good too - ladder toss? Is that the one with the golf balls on a string? Bean bag toss is good too.

I love bean bags, especially when you play bean bags simultaneously with my other favorite camping game, empty the beer can :D

I also like dice games, farkle is a good time killer when you're hudled under a tarp trying to stay out of the rain. Card games usually get destroyed or cards blown away, well that and I don't really like card games anyways... :D
