Instead of using "The App That Shall Not Be Named", or so its called on GC.com National Forums, I happened to find the Groundspeak app at no charge for Android phones is now available on certain file sharing sites. I'm sure downloading it at no charge violates their T+C as well, but at least this way, you'll only be doing it once, rather than every time you cache using that other app...

I'm assuming the app has to log in to your account? If so, I wonder if gc.com can track it's usage and ultimately cause risk of banning of your account?

I'm not sure if they have the capability to track what software is accessing the data?
