Lee and I recently found a local cache which took us three return trips to find. Not too far but just out of view of the cache site was a good pile of beer cans, a few needles, and some other odds and ends of trash. While preparing for the third trip, I came to the realization we were discussing the trash, yet had been there twice and had done nothing about it. CITO is not just for events, it should be part of our regular geocaching routine! So on our third trip we took two shopping bags and each filled one. And we found the cache. It made a big difference in the appearance of the area.

When I go out I bring an old wal mart bag and most of the time I get a few pieces of trash. I kind of feel bad if I don't find the cache or trash.
