Had a great event tonight. Lots of good company I think made the food even better.

My first time having Vietnamese food. It was very good. I can only imagine how this series would be if we were in a city with more ethnic restaurants. We have definitely been hitting what Bangor has to offer.

We're still pretty fortunate . . . may not have quite as many ethnic restaurants as a larger city, but I figure we have . . .

Japanese
Vietnamese
Chinese
Italian
Thai
Indian
Mexican

There's also a Pakistani place downtown that has odd hours.

Not sure how I could have forgotten Irish places . . . Greek places maybe . . . but not the Irish pubs.

I think it's still open. They just don't keep regular hours.

If you enjoy terrible service and mediocre food, I've given that place many chances, even with them having microbrew now I just can't bring myself to return....

I've never actually visited the place before, but since they launched their microbrewery it seems their popularity has skyrocketed. I hear about them all the time now on twitter and facebook.
