Docgeo: Why does Maine need a Jasmer Challenge? Maine has no caches placed in 2000. Minimally (From Maine), you need to go to New York to log a 5/2000 cache, Missouri for a 6/2000 cache, Michigan for a 7/2000 cache, etc., etc., so it seems if you can travel that much for the caches, driving as close as Connecticut should not be a major deal? newbie74: The Jasmer Challenge is basically a challenge to find a cache that was placed in each month of every year since Geocaching started, which was May of 2000. So, find a cache placed in 5/2000; 6/2000; 7/2000 ......... July 2012; August 2012; September 2012; etc.
