MapDelorme is a great GSAK macro which will populate one of your user data columns with the Delorme grids for any of the 50 states. It lists them using the 2-letter state code (Maine has ME-001 ... ME-070) while New Hampshire would have NH-001 ... NH-053), so differentiating between states is easy. This macro is also capable outputting a map showing your finds.
The Maine Cache Stats page provides a list of the caches on the Maine Delorme grids which have less than 5 available caches on them. It also lists how many caches are on each grid as well as a few other details.
