I have a spiral staircase for sale. I removed if from my home this past saturday.

Specifications:
4ft diameter
8.5ft(102in) from floor to floor (total height 140.5in)
270 degree of rotation from bottom tread to platform
Welded steel construction
12 steps plus the top platform
34.5" railing height

Currently it's in two pieces. I could weld it back together, but it will be harder to transport, will no longer fit through a regular doorway, and it would need more than two people to move.
