Rating a cache

I would just like to take a moment to remind everyone to correctly rate their terrain and cache difficulty rating. When you put down a 1 for difficulty and a 1 for terrain that means that the cache is handicap accessible. And that means it can be reached and gotten from a wheelchair. I have noticed a lot recently with ratings of all 1's and I know for a fact that they couldn't have been gotten by anyone in a wheelchair. I know there is a link on this site somewhere for correctly rating a cache so I would recommend to all hiders of a cache to check it out. Just my 2 cents
