Well I'm here smacking my head on the desk since I had no idea of where that picture was taken until I looked up caches in TRF's hometown . . . and then I realized that it was at a place where I was looking to place a cache of my own . . . until someone else beat me out by a few days . . . but nevertheless I was able to contribute in a small way by sending them some history of the place which they then incorporated into the description.
I'll hold off on guessing to allow others a chance to answer.
I could find it if I looked it up, but I was hoping someone who hasn't played much would get it. That thing followed us back and forth everywhere we went, never taking an eye off us!
