Now if I could just find a couple of tickets. Looks like this is already sold out!

Really? Maybe I should become a scalper . . . only I would sell tickets to gain access to the Central Fire Station roof as I suspect one should be able to see and hear the performance from there . . . I could call them "box row seats" or something like that and charge a premium. ;):D
Shotgun, Mapachi, September, Boston, Roger Waters (Pink Floyd), THE WALL
I see that a lot of the "discount ticket" sites show "no tickets available". But the official ticket site for the event seems to have good seats available. :D:D
RULost2? and I really enjoyed the "Celtic Woman" concert in Bangor last night. Very well presented and excellent music.
Typically for RULost2? and me, although we had seats in the "front/center" section, we were in the 2d to last row in the section. Probably with more experience in buying concert tickets, we would have picked better seats for the same price. Sheesh! It's been 30 years since we've been to a concert! LOL!
The venue was great, and I encourage anyone interested in music to check out the upcoming concerts in the "Bangor Waterfront" series.
:D:D
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Do I need to go on?
I don't think I've mentioned this CD before, but right now I'm listening to David Arkenstone's album, "Atlantis".
:D:D
I was practically right beside you hollering at you. I got nothing. Then the woman I was with had to get sick so we left.
I drove past the venue a day or two before the concert and have seen quite a few acts there during the Folk Festivals. (I'm a total geek, but I love the Folk Festivals and can't wait for this years) I was invited to see Skynard and Charlie Daniels. I have to work but I really would like to see Charlie play before he retires.
So I'm listening to my recordings of Ennio Morricone themes (Good, Bad & the Ugly, et. al...), and one of the themes is "Chi Mai". Sheesh! Never heard of it!
So I Google it. And I come up with this video. Great! :D:D
Sheesh! Anyone ever seen a "hot" classical violinist before? :D:D
One word..."Bond"

OK, not "classical" but violinist and hot...
Just got a new CD - "Makara", by ES Posthumus. Great! :D:D
I just downloaded another ES Posthumus album - "Unearthed", which is even better than "Makara". :D:D
"Tubular Bells", by Mike Oldfield. The first part of this was the theme for the movie "The Exorcist". Cool! :D:D
Ravi Shankar, "Concerto for Sitar and Orchestra", with Andre Previn & orchestra.
Great beat! :D:D
Ravi Shankar is Nora Jones' father! Nora Jones is a Grammy award winner and a fantastic singer!
Vangelis' "Portraits".
I'm not sure if I mentioned it previously, but I'm again listening to the soundtrack to "A Beautiful Mind", which is fantastic. It features "Voice of an Angel" Charlotte Church. What a voice!
(Not sure why the prices for this are so high on Amazon - the prices are reasonable on eBay...)
Kraftwerk! "Trans-Europe Express". When we lived in Belgium, the TEE was THE train to travel on. It stopped in Mons, near where we lived, and I rode it when I went to Munich, Germany in December 1979 for a school. Went to the Hofbrau House every night. Now that was an experience...

(I must add the Hofbrau Hof menu. Fantastic food!)
Tweet tweet tweet the four budgies are tweeting away behind my desk! :)
I would like to hear that quartet!
