Great picture..but I have not idea where it is. Darn.
I was looking at a pic a few pages back and had the wrong picture when I posted last. Yes, that is Hunters Beach, one of my favorite spots. Have been twice to this cache as we had to take friends there as well. Good job Team 2 Hunt.
One of the best Fall foliage views. For a better view, see the pic in the gallery.

I believe that picture was taken from my cache named Goose Pond Sunsets....
I'm going to jump in--I thought this was the prettiest spot that I never knew about. Many caches nearby too!
Would that be at Vaughns Woods?
Cool thread. Can I try? Just visited family and picked up a cache in this location.

You were right, Haffy! I still have four caches I need to find there. I couldn't do them all in one day, not with 3 kids and a dog!
I'll let Djgray1200 use his photo to keep this going. I have no idea where that might be.
somewhere in western maine i believe.
Quick hint. That's Cadillac in the distance.
I was going to guess somewhere in Acadia. But I don't know where exactly that is.
I've done 3? 4? caches in Vaughn woods and have never seen that pool, or the bridge! I remember the bridge being mentioned in descriptions, but never crossed it. Sometimes it a matter of angle of attack I guess.
Maybe the next time we will see it!
I'm out on the Caddy mountain. I thought it was Blueberry Hill in Mt. Vernon for a while. I had to look twice at the Vaughn Woods photo. I saw the bridge, but at the end of our loop and was too tired to go down. Vaughn woods, right?
I've gotten the correct message from someone in a PM. Right on the money! I had a great time at this cache too. Another hint then. Toddy Pond.
I'm Fond Of Great Pond.....
Righto! Figured that last clue made it a gimme.
I just love this place.....:)http://img.geocaching.com/cache/87948_300.jpg

Hollora got it right. Now it's her turn to share one of the great caches she's visited.
I need to do some more caching with my camera just so I can keep playing.

Au Revoir?
Sorry - another area of the state.
Wow, just looked through all 120 pages of this thread. Great pictures!!
That pic wouldn't be Ellis Pond Cache (GC125RT) would it?
No sorry - I will give a hint - we were on a FTF run for a cache off the Stud Mill Road and kept driving to get a few more.
Alright, I'm going to take one more crack at it...
Remembering Uncle Denny (GC1BX2R)
Close but still not the right one. Cache was hidden in 2004 by folks who are from NJ and Maine. I wasn't in a boat or standing in the water when I took the picture - so I was standing on the ___________ fill in the blank and you will have it.
Hope that helps - good luck! Also if you are searching my finds - I did it with my son bgrffdave - he doesn't have as many.
Man, that's a great picture.
