Dan, yours is probably a bit better as this one is really light. Deer Isle is our 2nd home and I love this place. Becket has some great caches down on the island.
Waterski you are right about the photo I posted. A beautiful island and great caching day to remember.
Your turn - Step right up!
A most memorable day on Monhegan with this caching crew.

Nice pic Haffy. I will work on getting another where is this pic posted.
Ahh Monhegan. One of my favorite spots in the world. My wife and I went there for our anniversary in 1997 and we've gone back 4 or 5 times. I'm going to try and get the whole family together there next summer.
If it's a photo you posted on gc.com you can use their link too.
This one should not be too hard.
Ok someone must have an idea where this is? I miss the activity of this thread.
Looks like Boothbay Harbor. But pretty much all harbor pics can look like BBH! lol
Let me know if you would like a clue. Its not Boothbay however. It is not the most impressive view at the cache site either. I can add another pic when you are ready.
Since I don't want this thread to get stagnant, here is another view from the same cache site. Any lightbulbs going off on this view? :)
wow i dont know where it is but sure would like to go to this cache one day tho. beautiful pics!
Looks like Marshall Point Lighthouse to me. I'm heading down that way right now to hunt sea ducks. If I'm right, somebody will have to post as I still haven't taken the time to learn how to transfer pictures to this site.
Nope it's not Marshall Pt Light.
Pumpkin Island Light - Maine Rose Series?
By cracky I think you got it Lois...lol. I've never seen that one and it surely was a great photo by Waterski too.
Too bad it isn't open to the public and privately owned now.
Yes! You are right that it is Pumpkin Island. The first pic is the view looking to the right. Dubord even commented on the cache log about that property when he logged in, so I thought for sure he would be right on top of that one from the get go. It must have just got muddled in between the other thousand. Good job Hollara!
This is the way I post attachments on here, for anyone interested. It may work for you as well. After clicking reply and adding your note, schroll down below the submit reply area on the page, under the post smilies, until you see the 2nd submit reply at the bottom of the page. Just click on the manage attachments. When that page comes up you can click on browse, and go right to the pictures you have loaded on your computer. Find the one you want and click it. Go right back to browse page and click upload. When a minute and it will upload and it will show the file name as well on top of manage attachements area (in small print), so that you know it is there. Go down to the very bottom of the page to click submit and your picture will come up with your reply. ( I don't know if you click under the smilies whether it will or not, I always go down to the bottom under the attachments, to submit the reply)
Hope this helps someone. Hope I also did not leave anything out.
Nice views waterski and thank you for the tutorial. I will search my photos for a deserving entry.
Here is one - I hope it has not been sent before -

Well, yes it has - it is Gravity Outlaw - a virtual............so let me find another..........thank you TAT.
Wow - we need a list of all the caches which have been represented with photos...........so I am going to try this one (which is disabled right now) and bonus pointed if you can tell me what this was used for...........
Looks like an animal pound (like the one in Orrington), but no idea where...
No clue where it was however. I don't play this anyway, so someone else can claim.
Yes, you are right about the historic piece of the photo.......it is an animal pound. One where they penned up stray cattle and other farm animals. Not Orrington as ours was stone - but the question is where?
And Mainiac1957 you should remember - as you were there..........I even think I have a photo to prove it. LOL But, you aren't playing, oh, that's right....................
Is that the one in Jefferson?
Maybe this one GC17QZ5 Charlotte Pound cache?
You're the winner!!
Ok this should be any easy one for those coastal addicts.
