brdad - I am with you - urghhh!!! But where are the increases on hunting and fishing licenses or stickers for boats and other Recreational conveyances??? Sell them at the damn toll booths or put up a kiosk! ;)
What a great cache location. When we left Oakland the wind was howling, it was raining and we were wondering. By the time we hit Solon it was warm, mosty sunny and a wonderfull day. The falls were really heavy due to all the rain lately. This would be a great way to promote tourism in this area. :D Now if I could only find that darned "Arnolds Landing" cache. I'm 0 for 2. :mad:
