One memorable "Thank You"
Pam and I were shopping in the Augusta Sam's Club one day when I noticed a young man, probably 17 or so years old kind of watching me. He appeared to come to a decision and approached me. He held out his hand and merely said, "Thank you for your service." I was wearing a leather jacket we had purchased at Wilson's Leather in Freeport. USMC on the front left. MARINES across the top of the back and a large Marine Corps Emblem below that. I was very pleased at the young man's willingness to just make that simple gesture.
