Cache placement
I know that within the boundries of state and national parks are off limits for cache placement, but what about a state public reserved land? The spot i'm looking at in such a place. It is a shared use "picnic area" if you will. There are tables, firepits, a boat landing, and beach. There are also snowmoblie and ATV trails that run through it. Nothing else really around except a few signs. This is a really neat place almost in the middle of nowhere. I've lived here 29 years and never knew it was there. So, what do ya all think?
Cache Safe !!!!

I know national parks are off limits but there is no restriction on state park caches in Maine that I am aware of as there are plenty of caches in state parks. And as far as I know there are no restrictions on state public reserved lands either.

*Off topic side note* (that's kinda in the same area of discussion)
keep in mind that Land Trusts are not the same as parks and public reserved land, they are private property open to the public, a lot of land trusts have sensitive wildlife and vegitation areas (and permission should be asked before placing a cache in a land trust)
