Well Dick, you've done it. 500 FTF's. So I guess now some of the other cachers in central Maine may have some opportunities presented to them.;) Congrats on a truly amazing milestone.

Woot! An impressive milestone. And a few were in our area. You have gone the extra mile.
Congratulations Mr. Gobler....a milestone not many will ever reach.
REMARKABLE!! Any of you that have tried to beat him to a new cache know just how much intensity and enthusiasm he brings to our sport. Great job Dick!:):):)
Sounds like a lot of "off hour" cache runs here! You've shown the rest of us how it's done, determination and (some nights) not much sleep :)
Dang!
If something worth doing....it's worth doing good. Congratulations Dick.
Congrats on what has to be a very satisfying milestone. One that not many other cachers can, or could imagine accomplishing. :)
where will the next one be? congrats Dick
You have 250 times more FTF's than I do! Or you could say.... 498 more than I do. Nice job!
You know what Bruce I was wondering why my found first count had jumped. That surely explains it.
Thanks all for the nice comments. I guess I can say I did it my way. Actually while FTF's don't count for a single thing there is something special in finding a cache exactly how the cache owner intended it to be found. Also there is something about an empty logbook.
So, while I will still do some of the FTF stuff it will be at a much more reasonable pace.
Thanks again for the kind comments.
Congratulations Dick, I know how much fun you have had and I enjoy the stories.
You know Gob-ler is now over 600 first to finds. This is surely dedication to an enjoyable sport. Congrats to you and congrats to the Maine cachers that have put out all these caches for us all to find.:)
Congratulations !!
As Joey Bishop used to say..."Son-of-a-gun!"
And you find time to hunt Turkey too!
Congratulations to the "Grand Master" of Maine Geocaching!
King of FTFs
