But this batch is an imperial pale ale, so far it's looking good! I just put it inot thebotlling bucket and I'm gunna let it settle for a few hours before I bottle it. first batch eh, congratulations on your homebrew efforts,I've been doing it for about 10 years now and really look forward to brewing (and sampling)I have 4 5 gallon kegs filled and all ready for spring consumption. I brew in the winter and drink them in the spring/summer(they usually don't make it till summer though.
