Interesting. I always love the term "work seamlessly" <G> I do really like Delorme software. quite the debate at the moment on their discussion groups about the LT-20 which is a small GPS unit that works only with a laptop. We have that rig in the truck and found that it did not work well at all - long delays on acquiring signal, lost it frequently, etc. Turns out newer vehicles have a band of metal dots around the windshield which interferes with the GPS signal. Work around is a suction cup with the unit on the roof or inside roof window in our case. They will gladly sell you a $50 container with magnet to go outside your vehicle to protect the GPS from weather. We like the Delorme software for routing on the road but positioning it all is a bit geeky.

I have that on my GOCACHE Explorer. Any idea what they're for? :confused:Quote:

P.S. And why didn't I do a Google search first before posting that?

It's there so the aliens can't use their transporter beam to abduct you and can't use their mind-reading technology to read your inner-most thoughts . . . works much better than walking/riding around with an aluminum foil hat on your head. :)Quote:
