Surprisingly many of LT's other Plain Sight caches did not have as many DNFs . . . maybe there were more DNFs due to the fact that this Plain Sight cache is in a city and more apt to have more folks...

Laughing Terry's Right in Plain Sight has 48 DNFs . . . I'm not sure if that would put that cache in the Top 5 for DNFs or not.
