Default Gob-ler gets number 500 in Maryland

While visiting down in Maryland Number 500 was acomplished.

I did a neat series of Psycho Caches down there

    Number 500 was GCQA4C
    Number 512 was GCQ91V
    Number 513 was GCQ8YA
    Number 520 was GCQ969
    Number 521 was GCQABV

Quite the challenging caches there. We have nothing yet up this way like them.

Also managed a First to Find down there as well.

    Cache On!
I'd really rather not cache, but I am helpless in the grip of my compulsion!

I just read about Psycho Urban Cache #9. GCTA5E
    Those guys are CRAZY!!!
The cache is located in the bottom of an abandoned nuclear reactor. You
have to wear a rad suit and a rebreather and rappel 25' into a pit to get the cache. I'm thinking that a hike in the Maine woods is a better way to log a cache. (Doing caches like this really is about the numbers...140 millirem of radiation for a 15 minute visit, get in and get out quick!)

    BTW, congrats on #500 Gob-ler

I bet it won't be long now before they start appearing - lol - seriously though, what are they about? There is a wide variety of cache types out there that I have yet to discover.

    Congrats!!

Congrats Dick on your 500, we know it's not the numbers, it the game, right. Some of us just take it more seriously than others.

Changing the way Maine caches, John
