    Default Adopt a Cache

What is the procedure for formally adopting a cache?

Get the owner's OK, then email GPSFUN?

Yes, that is what I have always done. If contacting the owner does not work then I go right to GPSFUN. If the owner does reply GPSFUN has always asked them to send him a mail too indicating that they are willing to let you adopt.

Thanks. We noted that a cache we liked has gone inactive, and we'd like to adopt it. Getting pretty hard to find locations for traditional caches, so adopting is the way to go.

Just curious Bruce but what cache is that anyway?
Just smile it won't crack your face

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is
suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best
friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.
