i was afraid it was just me! it took me 2 hours to log 8 caches. geez!

It always seems slower on Sunday evenings - all that weekend activity that has to be logged.

they slow it down when you're going to be logged in just to mess with your head...

The word on the street is that Sunday afternoons and evening along with Monday evenings are the busiest. Seems to be the case if you ask me.
We also found it to be very slow on Saturday. Wonder if all that FTF stuff had anything to do with it?
I'd really rather not cache, but I am helpless in the grip of my compulsion!

Most of it comes from the number hounds in the big cities especially the left coasters logging 50 or more 1/1 drive by micros. gc.com has upgraded servers on several occasions to help with this, but there's so many people joining and so many caches being placed they hardly keep up with it. makes you wonder how they can do it memebership being only $30 and not everyone being a paid memeber.
