Earth Cache submittals?

I have an Earth Cache that I am placing and want to get it approved however http://www.earthcache.org/ still doesn't seem to be working. Apparently they are making it so that we can now submit earth caches via the Geocaching.com website just like a regular GeoCache. They said it would be up and running in early December originally. And now on their site it says during the first week of 2010. We are in the first week of 2010 and still no way to place an earth cache. Does anyone have any idea when this will be working?

There are changes in the works for Earth Caches. This thread on the GC.com forums may help.

I do know the upgrades to the site are significant, include other updates not related to earthcaces. The updates were scheduled this week, but have been delayed. I know the development team is very anxious roll out the update.

Every once and a while the system will be out of service for a minute or two so I knew something was up.

Thank you for the information TAT and also thank you for your hard work in recent weeks with publications. I know that many of us have been putting out a large volume of caches and we appreciate your help!

I do notice the system down from time to time. It was like that the other day when I was trying to log my finds!
