We've Hit 200!

We found cache 200 today (although #198 is a virtual which we're still waiting for confirmation on). We're caching in FAR Northern Quebec. Caches are few and far between, but usually easy to find.

We're in a hotel tonight WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET waiting for a new windshield for the car. Driving hundreds of miles on dirt roads is hard on a car.

Quite a shock to see a sign saying (in French/kilometers) NEXT GAS 240 MILES. Like leaving Bangor and seeing a sign saying NEXT GAS BOSTON.

Oh! Looks like the virtual we're waiting on may be a FTF - and the cache was created in 2002!

Well, we're back from vacation, several thousand miles later - and ONLY 9 CACHES! (But we did get a FTF on that virtual cache that was placed in 2002.
At least we managed to beat Haffy6 to that one! )

No, BRDAD, there are no discounts. And you have to work a LOT harder to get to most of the ones we looked for in Northern Quebec. Long hikes and bushwacking.
