    Default New TB in town...

I can't quite convince msteelee to place a new cache quite yet, but she made a step today by placing her first TB. I think if we can all have some fun with this on it's way to Texas, she might take the leap and place a cache someday!

    Carter the Cardinal (TBG6VM) track

It was placed in The "Airline" Travel Bug Inn and Resort (GCWJJY) by mainiac1957 (1/1.5)
    DNFTT! DNFTT! DNFTT!

My very best to Carter as he migrates to Texas. The cardinals at our feeders are some of our favorite birds. Good Luck Carter on your trip!

The "Airline" Travel Bug Inn and Resort has served my bugs well. Enjoy your visit!

The cardinal is the state bird in SIX states - maybe Carter can visit them all!
(Thanks, Hiram, wish I'd thought of that!)
Appreciate everyone who has ever come into your life- for some come in as a blessing and others come in as a lesson.

This makes me think of my aunt...except her birds are owls. Anything and everything owls she has it. From thimbles to mobiles to figurines to a construction paper cut and paste owl I made in 2nd grade (yeah, I'm kinda proud of that!)

When my brother and I were younger our mom collected owls too!!!! until one day we pryed a diamond eye out of one and my brother stuck it up his nose... he had to go to the emergency room to get it out... it's one of those self explanatory stories.

Wait a minute . . . this isn't one of those stories when the "friend"/"brother" turns out to be the person telling the story is it?

oh don't worry, there's plenty he can tell about me... like the time we went sled riding down a mud hill and I had a stick go through my hand... (i still have the scars) But i've got proof that my brother exists jake, i have pics that were taken a couple weeks ago at his wedding...
