Every now and then you hear a cacher tell a story, that will be remembered for a very long time. Today was one such day for Kaching Karen, and here is the story. She conquered the DeLorme Challenge around 10:30 am, and then only 3 hours later. She found Rip dam rock-slide, and that gave her, 500 finds. Congrats Karen on the big milestone. She celebrated by climbing up to the top of the sheer cliffs and enjoying the view. TAT, kayakerinme and I were there to share in the cold beverages after the find. She revisited a few caches from a previous trip, last year. Checking out some of her logs and reliving some of the nicer Maine caches. Beautiful days and cold nights camping in the Northern Maine woods. Now on to 600 and beyond. Thanks for everything.
