Nice! Thanks, I don't think I've seen one, and certainly not up close like this.

Nice indeed, so did you get a new camera?
Just smile it won't crack your face

I did purchase a camera but that picture was taken with our "old" camera.

We've had that visitor also! They usually only stay for a day or two and I've never managed to get a photo. Thanks for sharing the pic with a fellow bird watcher!

Your photography skills are far better than mine (I'd have a really nice shot of the tree behind it though...)

so what do those taste like... bunt cake?!?

    Sheesh! Who spray-painted that chickadee?

(We have an abundance of goldfinches - and I love to watch those.)

We have had several show up at our feeders every year. We saw the first one this year yesterday. At first it didn't look like one as it was still molting and only its chest was blue.

Beautiful. Thanks for sharing. We have had a Hawk at our feeders this year. Never have we had problems with Hawks. The stinker swooped down and scooped up a Dove yesterday. As much as I love all birds, Stupid bird leave my little birds alone.

Team Teebow 4 and I saw 2 American Bitterns on the way home. It was quite interesting watching them fight or maybe they were doing their mating call? They sounded like 2 dogs barking.

Steve . . . think I saw your indigo bunting yesterday morning at my feeder . . . I was pretty excited to see it, but haven't seen him since that one visit.
