    Default Where is Your Bug?

I just had one of my TB's dropped in the Canary Islands off the coast of North Africa, and I thought that was so cool!

Anyone else got any good bug tales? Any high mileage or interesting locations?

    Default Coincidence or ?

Here is a quote from that log:

"Today this TB was almost a threat when we found him in Altrheinpfad-Cache. Because we had "TB Pinchers The Travel Lobster" with us. This TB is also from Maine and its current goal is to 'get as far from Maine and those darn Tourists as possible'. Well, we moved it almost 2.000 Miles farther away from Maine (State) by taking it from N 27 W 13 to N 48 E 8 to endanger him here in good old Germany by meeting TB Maine ... unbelievable."

I moved Pinchers from a mountain top in Maine to Ireland. He spent quite a lot of time in a pub.
Pinchers is still in Germany. Wouldn't it be cool to move him again while I'm there in May?

If I get a chance, I'll post a couple of others.

I saw this, and yes, it must have been a coincidence.

After you left Pincers in Ireland, it went to Spain and then to Germany, where it is now.

It's amazing how many people in Europe also make log entries in English as well as German/Spanish/etc.

    Default Hard to explain...

I felt bad about keeping this bug so long, so I wrote a note to the owner. It is still the biggest TB I've come across. He posted it: http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=37692

    Default Nothing beats Maine Lobster

Maine lobster makes a good TB. The other lobster TB I've found is in South Australia. Hope they don't eat it! What are the chances the two will meet?

Yes, but if you'll notice, someone else has had it since July 2004!

    Sheesh!

    Default refueler bug

I don't remember the specifics of the coolest travel bug I had ever seen, but I do remember seing a photo of him on the Geocaching.com website, and it was taken from the rear window of an airforce refueling jet as it was refueling a stealth bomber. The travel bug was siting on the window sill facing the refueler as he operated the controls. That's some serious travel-bugging.
Do you dare to get-down with the Drum n Bass Arena?
