Default Cache events are no longer finds?

I just logged the Winslow cache event and noticed that GC no longer lets you count them as finds. Is that something new that just started?

It should count as a find, despite the log being labeled as "attended".

    Thumbs up It's there

I can see it in my find list and it appears to be included in my total finds. Just a cute new icon

I looked again and I stand corrected. It does count as a find. But there is now a seperate page for ATTENDED. When I wanted to look at my total finds before all I had to do was click on FOUND IT and it would give my total. But now it does not total my ATTENDED events in with the FOUND IT. I guess it is just something new I will have to get use to.

Just a note that if you want to stay consistent, you can go back to all your "found" logs for any events and change them to "attended" as past event caches have been updated with this option.

    Default Events as Finds

I, too was surprised to see the new icon. There is also a new one called earthcaches - can't remember what it stands for though without cross-referencing our finds. Thirty inches of snow in Massachusetts is certainly going to slow us down a bit on any new finds for a while.

    Thumbs up Fantastic example

A great example of the earth cache is TAT's Tidal Earthcache .....
