HAs anyone had any experiance with ordering anything from overstock.com? i am interested in 2 barstools and never thought they would be so expensive. They by far have the best prices on the market. I fear you get what you pay for and am affraid they are just junk

Have you tried eBay? They have a lot of bar stools listed for what, to me, is a pretty good price.

Or you could ask Hiram, who is probably an expert on bar stools...

Hey you're a carpenter, make the darn things. I've seen some of the furniture you've made and they look great.

    Default Tent

I ordered a tent from Overstock and had absolutely no problems with delivery.

Stools are expensive. My friend bought a couple from a local, well reputationed and well advertised furniture story and they immediately broke. She returned them and visited a furniture store near the Winterport/Frankfort line (there is only one) bought 4 stools and has been very satisfied. And there are some of Those caches along the way. LOL All kidding aside - shipping is expensive on something as heavy as stools.

Unless you need to have new ones, I see them at Goodwill quite often. Some cheap and some a bit more for a nice pair.

The shipping on overstock sounds fair - Goodwill is also a good thought too.
