Welcome to the addiction!
DNFTT! DNFTT! DNFTT!
"The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it..."
Eastern Mountain Sports is having a 20% off sale this weekend. This is by no means a plug. But they carry a large selection of GPS'r units. Purchase as inexpensively as you can. The kids may only be interested for a few finds. Then you can go out and find Hacker's Hill. A wonderful cache right around the corner from where I grew up. Welcome to the addiction.
It's possible to find a few of the Casco caches without a GPS'r. Read the page and look at the maps. There are several easy kid-friendly finds. Good luck! You never know what you'll find while out caching.
Why not live life like it is your last day....instead of pretending to be a member of the Peter Pan Club and believing you will be around forever.
Last - if you have questions - ask. Again - welcome aboard!
Welcome to geocaching. It has been a wonderful experience for me. I have met many great friends through caching. I run a kid-friendly, family-friendly event towards the end of January. There is a playground, sliding hill and lots of things for kids to do at this event. Keep your eyes open for it. So far I know it's to celebrate 2007 and it's at Windsor Elementary school.
I like Celebrate I'm Sitting - so it should be Celebrate I'm Sitting 2007 - what could be better than that?
