    I have not heard from the Board that there will be another vote unless there is a tie, then we will have a tie breaker.

    I say if it is a tie we use the 3rd place finisher.......

    Looks like the tie is no longer . . . it's tipped back to the plain ol', uninspired sounding Geocaching Newsletter (nah, I'm not biased! )
