Default Kaching karen finds # 1000

Holy Crap!!!! How did we miss this one anyway? Congrats "K" and know you like the adventure behind them all.
Just smile it won't crack your face

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is
suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best
friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

    Default Congrats!

Great caches, fantastic event every winter, actually just two for us, and a good person in all respects. (plus the placer of my first cache, A Great Place to Launch) Well done young lady, you rock! Now on to 2000!

    Default Greetings from Dryden, Ontario!

Jon (Laroch) and I got our 100th and 1000th cache together. It was a rather comical thing since I had miscounted (as usual). I'm good at math, but the numbers game really confuses me in geocaching. I got the Lynn Plourde Cache in Winthrop as my 1000th and his 100th. I thought it was my 994th and had done a bunch of guard rail caches to get to my 1000th which I thought was a pleasant walk through a wilderness preserve. When I backtracked in the numbers I found out it was the Lynn Plourde cache. This cache was a better one!

About time someone noticed! Heck, I'm half way across Canada now. Had fun bumping into a skunk tonight (didn't get sprayed). That was the quickest DNF I ever registered.

Hopefully, my next 1000 won't take 5-6 years..... seriously.

I think I can truthfully answer this one. I believe it was the Maine Delorme Challenge. There were too many adventures involved in this one including many geocaching friends.

    But, aren't they all good?

Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.
