Default What are your Geocaching Pet Peeves?

I have one and it occured this morning.Well maybe more than one but this will do for now. Not posting a find the same day that it is found. I went to Augusta early this morning in hopes of being the FTF and found that someone beat me to it YESTERDAY,while I was up to the event in Bangor. UGGHHH Please post your finds as soon as humanly possible. I understand that some people can't get to a computer in a timely manner but when it comes to FTF's it would have saved me a lot of sleep this morning if I had known that it was already found....lol And I know the person was on the puter this morning.

Just smile it won't crack your face

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is
suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best
friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

You know what's worse than that? It's people who disable their cachce for the winter (remove it) but don't post that fact to the cache listing immediately! LOL!

This has happened to us twice. Sheesh, at least you got to log the cache!

    Hey Haffy -

I just checked that site - did you notice that the owner has only been a geocaching.com member for 5 days - and already has found 43 caches? You need to get busy...

Oh, oh... I guess I'm in trouble.

(Oh - and that FTF you didn't get today - wasn't that a penalty for something you said in the forums?) LOL!

I had a similar thing happen on my recent FTF attempt. Although no one on the day I went actually got the FTF. Someone had attempted that day. I wasn't in the mood to go because of a variety of reasons, I checked before I left and no one had been there, but when I got back someone had, what a waste
