Congrats to this wonderful caching family!
Woot - way to go and on to more and more memories for you all!
That's awesome! I didn't realize it was coming up so quickly. What did Cole have to say about it?
Congratulations! That first milestone is really a great feeling, isn't it? OK....so you've got 100. Which one of them was your favorite?
Everyone has the right to be an idiot at times. Just don't abuse the privilege.
Nice, really nice. At this point, I'll bet each and every one of them is special....
Oh the memories of those days........enjoy every step of the way. Congrats!
I'm just nuts about geocaching!!
Thanks everyone! As far as Cole goes...he is still too young for the numbers to mean much. His first thought with any cache is "Are there any toys in it?". As far as faves, places jump out at me more than any particular caches. Fort Williams definitely have some great ones. Also, Smalls Falls was a great area. We loved wading in after a good day of caching. Discovering the Portland trails is always a blast. Its amazing how many secluded spots you can find within walking distance from the Deering area.
The other thing that is a highlight to me (more so than to Melissa and Cole because they don't interact on here) is how wonderful the caching community is. I think everyone I have interacted with in the caching community contribute tend to really stand out as very good people.
Now onto 200.......
"Keep on reaching for the stars. You may find that someday you can pull yourself out of the gutter."
Sorry for my grammatical errors and typos in the above paragraph. Just one of those nights. LOL I am sure you all understood what I was trying to say.
"Keep on reaching for the stars. You may find that someday you can pull yourself out of the gutter."
Congratuations.
I have no enemies, but I'm intensely disliked by my friends.
It has been fun to watch the Team work its way through some of their first time exposures to hiding techniques which are now second nature to them. Many of these growing pains caches were mine.
They kept going back until they figured them out, I wanted to simply tell what to look for, but they did it on their own.
I was very pleased that they elected to make my 100 Hides cache their 100th find!!

Cache On my friends!
