    Default 5000 for Mainiac1957

Five or Six years ago I met a group of people at my own cache so that they could help me fix my coordinates. This group of strangers invited me to a geocaching event that afternoon and I decided to go. Mainiac1957 was one of those characters and we have shared so many adventures together. I am so happy that he chose my event for his 5000th cache. Thanks Brad for everything you do for geocaching and your friends. You are special and so is this number.... 5000!

Well KK - Mainiac1957 also set me straight on my ways with my first cache placement too. And to think - I was willing to go meet a strange man with a ME license plate GOCACHR all alone. Well, husband of reason did ask and went with me. We both gained a forever friend and his family. So happy to have shared some of those 5000 finds with him AND hope to do many more. Congrats Brad - you are an asset to the sport!

Well done Brad. You're are definetly one of the good guys in this game we play and always the perfect gentleman. Not sure about the orange jeep, but it seems to get you safely from place to place so keep at it!

A lot of miles, stories and adventures, not to mention the people you have met along the journey.

Congratulations Brad. 5000 is a significant milestone.

You are without a doubt one of the nicest people I have met and are a real asset to the geocaching community.

Congratulations Brad. How's it feel to be an "elder" of the caching community?

Congrats, and I'm glad to have been along with you on two or three of those 5000 finds
Your attack planning and keen geosense is always welcomed on a day of caching, along with the scintillating conversation
