I can't find a picture but it is about 7 inches high, 4 inches wide, and 2 inches deep. Mounts on the wall and individual 4 X 4 sheets are pulled out a slot at the bottom.

Yeah, those are what we had in grammar school. I think they were left over sandpaper dispensers from the high school wood shop.

Has to be under. When Wife puts it over I change it to under. One day while shaving I knocked the towel off the edge and it brushed the roll on the way down and unrolled about five feet which would not have have happened if it was under. So now I check it more faithfully. Also a little OCD involved.
