    Default Twin City CITO II

Hello, I am Jeremy Bernier, an Eagle Scout, member of Team Norac, and resident of Lewiston and Auburn, Maine. In the community of Lewiston / Auburn, there are over 140 caches which are placed all over; roadsides and in public parks namely.

As an active geocacher in the great state of Maine, you very certainly know well the importance of CITO. A year and a half ago, in November 2009, I was part of the team that organized the first Twin City CITO. On April 2nd, 2011, we will be hosting the Twin City CITO II in Lewiston, Maine.

We'd like to see as many people as possible attend this event to make it mega-successful. The listing can be found at GC2PAD7 and a Facebook event page can be found here.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy Bernier
    Twin City CITO Co-Chairman

Got your email today - great work. I think there is a date conflict for me but I am sure some will come. Great event and good luck.

Just a notice that the event in question has been postponed to May 7th due to the high amount of snowfall yesterday.

That explains why no one was there.

    Jeremy,
I think your event will have a much beter turn out with the new date. That unexpected foot of snow would have made it difficult! Awesome event, I hope I can join you guys!

Just another reminder that this is coming up a week from Saturday. However, as noted on the listing, we have changed the location from Marcotte Park to Lewiston Public Works.
