    Default Garmin 450 T maps

Now that I have the Garmin 450 T with TOPO I'm interested in knowing what street maps to use in the unit and what others have used or would recommend. I hate it when using it I have to go back to the compass all the time. It would be nice to just go directly to the cache site. Thanks

I only have the 450 and I use a Nuvi in the car to get us close then we hoof it with the handhelds. Sorry I can't help.

I have a 450t but load the caches from GSAK onto my Nuvi for the car too. To me it's the best thing I've done for caching, although I find myself going MILES out of my way when going to a friend's house or out delivering gelato.

We are just learning our 450's. We didn't get the T so I just loaded some free maps from www.gpsfiledepot.com. We never have and doubt we'll use the maps on our GPSrs a lot. We are liking the Oregons though.
