    Default Combining/Expanding Activites

The recreational dive industry has been flat and declining for a number of years, the latest effort to bolster that segment of recreational activities: http://www.divenewswire.com/NewsITems.aspx?newsID=11512

Interesting . . . not really my thing, but interesting.

Last year I combined a couple . . . actually three or so . . . of my favorite activities with a multi-day camping, caching and ATVing event to The County. It went over well and we had a unique mix of both cachers and ATVers -- some of whom just did one hobby and many of whom do both. It went over well enough that I hope to do this again . . .

Some of us did the "Winnepesauke bumblebee scuba" cache, GC2H5GD that is in about 40 feet of water in Lake Winnepesauke in Wolfboro, NH. What made finding this cache interesting was the coordinates were 175 feet off and we did it on March 10th this year.

Cano, Aqua City Scuba in Waterville is where I learned. They're on Water Street across from the newly renovated Hathaway Center.
